What you will be doing
Deliver Excellence. Reporting to Practice Partner – Business Consulting, we are looking for Senior Functional Consultant who acts as a key player in customer interfacing role working closely with client business personnel to drive requirements, process design and deriving functional components for Salesforce implementation. Leverage expert Salesforce skills to suggest best practices & follow methodology driven, structured process design approach to achieve a successful outcome. Work with the top clients in Australia and latest Salesforce offerings like Vlocity, OmniStudio,
What will keep you busy
Gather, analyse and interpret information from clients to understand business processes, pain points, business needs and customer experience to deliver Salesforce based technical solutions that leverage the most out of the Salesforce platform
Identify new service opportunities while working with clients and report back to Project Manager
Create and deliver end-user training
Support facilitation of workshops between internal stakeholders and clients
Conduct Value Stream Mapping and Business Process Mapping sessions
Complete all required documentation to a high standard
Configure Salesforce features to support the business requirements
Be able to deploy changesets
Support the implementation and rollout of the system
Identify risks prior to project commencement and contribute to development of the risk management plan
Assist in the scheduling and completion of customer success stories
The skills you will bring

3+ year’s experience implementing Salesforce across various use cases
Great at understanding and documenting complex business requirements
Coaching and spreading your salesforce knowledge
Identify new service opportunities while working with clients and report back to Project Manager
Create and deliver end-user training
Support facilitation of workshops between internal stakeholders and clients
Conduct Value Stream Mapping and Business Process Mapping sessions
Complete all required documentation to a high standard
