The last 2 decades have seen an increasing disconnect between industry and academia – this has resulted in academia not meeting industry standards and thereby students becoming unemployable. Skill-Lync is a Y-Combinator (2019) start-up that is solving this problem at scale leveraging technology and an ecosystem of industry experts, engineer-trainers, and offline centers.
Job Description:The ideal candidate possesses a passion for writing and an innovative ability to create successful marketing campaigns and aid in creating company growth. You will be responsible for generating exciting and compelling ad copy on both digital and print sources of media. You will also need to assist in reviewing/editing content and mentoring junior writers with crafting copy.
Responsibilities:Write fresh and creative copy for marketing collaterals.
Editing/reviewing ad copy and long-format content Mentor junior writers with crafting creative ad copy.
Work closely with the content team.
Optimize content using SEO best practices.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant work experience4-6 years’ experience in copywriting
Candidates from Ed-tech backgrounds would be preferred.
