We’re looking for senior Java Developer for Research IT development team in Pune who can:

implement and deliver high quality software solutions / components for the Credit Risk platform that conform to architectural standards.manage and ‘own’ significant development tasks end-to-end also guide/review other team members tasksdemonstrate superior collaboration skills in working closely with other teams, architects to align with technical mandatory tasks, business release milestoneswork with L2 support team to provide technical analysis on production issues and provide fix within SLA
Your team
You’ll be working in the Research IT team based in Pune. We design, develop IT solutions for Research business team spread globally. As a Senior Java Developer, you’ll drive Java backend solutions for Research CRM stream and work closely with other leads and architects on reengineering or cloud journey. Your expertise
bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering or technical fields with 8+ years for relevant experiencelarge-scale enterprise, object-oriented design experiencedemonstrable experience in developing enterprise-class applications using Java 8, micro-services, Unix/Linux, Spring, Sprint Boot Hibernate, Maven, JMS, Oracle PL/SQLexperience in application development, including analyzing stories, writing code, implementing automated tests, contributing to release and iteration planning and developing the working practices of the teamfamiliarity with common web application components such as Apache Web Server and Apache Tomcat or similar technologiesstrong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)conceptual understanding of software development including the full project lifecycle from working on multiple substantial projects using Agile development methodologiesfollow Agile methodology and adhere standard SDLC processescurious and collaborative, comfortable working independently, as well as in a global teamteam player with an attitude to pursue new ideas and self-improvementable to plan your own work, follow the plan and update others on your progressthe go-to person for the latest development innovationimaginative and creative with emerging technologies and an ambassador for test and behavior-driven developmentadaptable, able to work across teams and functionsstrong communicator – able to interface with key business and technology stakeholdersexperience developing applications on cloud, Microsoft Azure preferable
