About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. You will identify needs and new opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive growth among Grundfos’ stakeholders in Indonesia. Your Responsibilities:
Create impactful marketing strategies on various platforms, including the digital (develop together with the digital marketing specialist) to meet set marketing objectives & KPIs and within the allocated budget.
Lead end-to-end campaign execution and handle day-to-day operations to ensure marketing campaigns are delivered on time, and in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders.
Plan, Execute, Monitor & Report on Marketing Strategies, to promote brand awareness, lead generation and ultimately push for conversions.
Identify potential opportunities for improvement via trend analysis and data-driven decision making.
Manage agencies/suppliers well, to meet high quality deliverables in a timely manner.
Align, coordinate, and execute Global campaigns rolled out to local countries, including proofreading/translation of materials provided, annual customer satisfaction survey, group market data.
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field.
2-5 years of marketing experience, especially in a B2C environment. Regional experience is an added advantage.
Experience in successfully managing projects independently.
Fluent English skills in writing and speaking. Chinese is an added advantage.
Excellent Knowledge in CRM software.
Good IT knowledge, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word,etc). Knowledge in design softwares (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc) is an added advantage.
