Job Description : Key Responsibilities:

Design & implement strategies for marketing function, including digital, ATL, BTL & all communications
Ensure our Brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts, like events, email campaigns, web pages, promotional material, online & offline store representations
Prepare marketing budgets, track spends & re-calibrate the budget based on sales performance & everchanging business needs
Design & develop an effective KOL & Influencer strategy to drive high engagement & grow Brand awareness
Manage ATL & BTL marketing activities
Develop requisite measures, dashboards to review performance, track & monitor the various metrics (new launches, media campaign effectiveness, media spends) and initiate necessary actions to address deviations
Negotiate with vendors & marketing agencies to get high quality & timely deliverables at optimum cost
Conduct periodic market research &analyze data to derive insights about customer behavior and Brand power
Liaise with teams to understand marketing needs, create & execute campaigns to aid sales & awareness
Regularly look for opportunities to bring in marketing best practices (tools, templates, methodologies) and raise the bar of performance for Marketing
Present ideas & final deliverables to internal & external teams, and lead the discussion during business reviews
Engage continuously & effectively with the Brand Principal to adhere to the Brand global guidelines
Manage the learning & developments needs of the team below. Recruit, mentor & coach them continuously to make it a high performance independent team
Requirements :
Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field
Excellent team player. Very strong people skills. Extrovert & outgoing
Should have strong entrepreneurial & leadership skills. High degree of ownership & accountability
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and ever changing business environment
Fluent in Bahasa & English, should possess both street-smart & also polished communication skills
Extremely high degree of attention to details. Willing to listen to new ideas and learn continuously
Excellent time management and stakeholder management skills
Strong negotiation & influencing skills

Technical competency required:
1. Excellent at Power Point, Word & Excel
2. SEO, SEM, GDN, Affiliates, Performance marketing
3. Great to have experience with Shopify, Google Analytics
4. Strong analytical skills
