Job Description : Manage collaboration between Brand/Business Unit in Kawan Lama Group to have joint campaign to promote complementary product

Develop online marketing strategies and execution plans

Monitoring and maintain the whole process in merchandising inventory management, pricing, promotion

Analyze sales data, competitor analysis, customers reactions

Maximize selling opportunities, maintain margin & pricing

Monitoring & evaluation vendor performance

Monitoring & analyze conversion rate

Perform Competitive Analysis to identify new product opportunities
Have experience minimal 5 year as Buyer/Merchandiser in eCommerce/retail business

Good knowledge and good passion in Ecommerce industry

Keep up-to-date with digital and eCommerce trends and bring up new initiatives to move business forward

Conduct competitive market analysis to create merchandising strategies that maximize sales goals and deliver desired customer experience
