What you’ll do
As a senior product manager, you’ll be responsible for answering what we should build. In partnership with business stakeholders, engineering, and design, you’ll coauthor the strategy and roadmap for our next Huddle mobile app, with the goal to craft one of the best fintech app in the world that can demonstrate the power of our technology and help us to achieve our promise to customers.
Your main tasks
Deeply understand businesses’ and end customers’ needs by spending time with users, sales and support and observing patterns across the market
Interact with business stakeholders and data to translate needs into product requirements
Define the product strategy and roadmap to prioritize the right customer products for our priority segments
Partner with engineering and design to ship functionality that delights users, has the right balance of impact vs engineering cost, and makes a measurable impact on the business
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle – everything from definition to priorities to integrations to fundamental information architecture of our products
Define key success metrics
What you’ll bring
6+ years of product management experience in fast-growing team shipping products with great user experiences at scale
Vast experience with mobile application development
Strong UX/UI experience
Experience leading products that require coordination of many stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Persistence and a whatever-it-takes approach to ensure that your product and team are successful
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems
You’re willing to communicate with your team to continuously improve how you work together, making sure everyone is productive, happy and efficient
A strong understanding of the fintech market
Technical aptitude. Comfortable with the internal workings of online services and opinionated about APIs Ability to inspire engineering teams to elevate their product ambitions and has collaborated closely on architecture and product decisions alike
Role location
Our offices are located in Sydney, the Sunshine Coast, Auckland and Queenstown and this role is flexible around these locations, with a preference for Sydney.
