Job Description : -Manage ClearDekho.com Optical Retail Store as per the store operating guidelines-Conduct comprehensive eye test (both subjective & objective) for each patient coming in store-Conduct sales of all optical goods and explain customers in detail about the frames, lenses & contact lenses as per requirement-Convert 100% customers and aim to cross-sell & up-sell-Responsible for the overall look n feel up the store.-Proper record keeping of all sales through sales register, cash management and expenses management-troubleshooting any complaints regarding glasses dispensed from the stores.-Achieve all sales targets as given by management- Increase revenue and salesJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹23,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusYearly bonusWork Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
