On a daily basis you could be working on any aspect of the platform or software development lifecycle, including:Technology and design researchHands on with coding, implementations, and integrationsCollaborating with other team members to solve a technical challenges and design solutionsContinuous deployment and delivery to productionImproving DevOps capabilities and team processesGuiding and mentoring junior developersHaving experience in technologies such as React, SQL, NodeJS and Docker would be great, however someone with the following skills and mindset is most important.Organised, motivated and self-directedExcellent communication, clears assumptions and seeks clarificationFlexible and enthusiastic towards taking on any challenge and willing to self-learnMotivated to write high quality, easy to understand, simple codeStays up-to-date with technology with a good grasp of existing software that can be utilisedStrong decision making skills based on research and experienceA great team player!
