We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer, based in India Pune or India Hyderabad.
In this role, you will:
Interacting with various stakeholder including senior business members.
Managing AWS Cloud and Appian hosted on AWS Cloud and Appian OnPrem platform.
Address production incidents raised by the users of the system.
Pursuing for permanent fixes to avoid repeat incidents.
Escalating issues effectively and timely to management team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
3-5 years of overall IT experience.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
Must be comfortable to provide Application support as per support rota during office and out of office hours.
Must have hands on 1 to 3 years of experience on PostgreSQL database on following
PostgreSQL package and client installation
PTK and Version upgrades
Database creation and schema management
Disaster Recovery
Troubleshooting of DBA objects
Database backup and restore. Hard backup and Soft backup
Good to have experience on JIRA and confluence.
Good to have experience of delivering solution using Agile framework like scrum or Kanban
