Job Description : About this role:

This role would be primarily focused on application development, connect interfaces with other systems, creates test data, perform unit testing and recommended solutions and process improvements to resolve problems in relation to different business requirement processes.

In this role, you will:
The ideal candidate will work closely with other members of the development team to ensure success of the project.
Collaborate with other team members and develop solutions to support Capital Markets Data Services applications
Work with Product and DMI teams in the requirement gathering phase, translate functional requirements into Design, Develop and test new code for Capital Markets Applications.
Develop reusable frameworks for project leveraging Java platform using Servlets, JSP, Struts, Spring, Hibernate and Web services
Work with Big-data, Hadoop and Open Source tools stack, develop new code and provide SIT/UAT support & needed assistance for release management activities
Work with Release Coordinators to deploy new code in Production, collaborate with Application Support team on Production issues, perform RCA
Apply knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies – Agile development projects
Required Qualifications, International:
8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of strong experience in Java Full Stack, React JS, Servlets, JSP, Struts, Spring, Hibernate and Web services
Have strong Core Java development experience (specifically on stand-alone java applications, server side programming) using collections, multithreading etc.
Good working experience in Unix/Linux environment. Basic command usage and working experience in scripting (shell or Perl)
Hands-on experience of BigData / NoSQL (HDFS, Hive, HBase, Drill, Spark)
Exposure to programing languages like Java Script, Python, Scala, Shell Scripting
Experience with Dev Ops Build tools like Jenkins, uDeploy Toad, SQL Loader, PostgreSQL, Gradle, Maven, ANT, RTC, RSA, Control-M, Oozie, Hue, SOAP UI
Experience of logical and physical data modelling
Knowledge and understanding of relational database designing schema, stored procedures, and views for performance with large data sets
SQL, PL/SQL & performance tuning experience
Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering or any relevant field.
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Java Full Stack, React JS, Spring, Microservices
5+ years’ of overall Database information architecture, design, development and implementation experience in Relational and Dimensional databases.
3+ years of designing and implementing highly distributed, scalable, and performant back-end database processes – Staging, Data Enrichments and Strong data delivery techniques.
5+ years of Strong Unix and Shell Scripting.
Experience in business analysis techniques and data warehouse design techniques.
Experience deploying and supporting large, complex data warehouse/business intelligence solutions.
