Job Description : About Fixed Networks

Our Fixed Networks (FN) business group provides an array of “gigabit to the home” solutions to deliver data access to our communication service provider (CSP) customers. This includes Fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) as well as 5G fixed wireless access (FWA), xDSL and cable upgrades. We build solutions that don’t stop at the home but also bring that gigabit experience into the home using our meshed Wi-Fi solution.

We are looking for motivated person to join our Container Application Development Unit. We match our tasks to our talents, so you may expect responsibilities adequate to your abilities and preferences.

Job Description
A Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent education.
10+ years working experience in SW development with C/C++ for Linux embedded systems. Experience with networking systems – especially DSL/PON and Wireless systems – is a plus.
Work Experience in Residential gateway forwarding model and protocols like DHCP, DNS, UPNP, TR069, UDP, IGMP, ARP will be a plus.
Experience in modern SW architectures with focus on modularity and reusability- like containers in embedded systems, micro-services and technologies like Kubernetes etc.
Knowledge of various management interface protocols (TR69, TR369, MQTT) and data models (TR181) is a plus.
Experience in the area of Fault Management, Performance Management, Configuration Management, Security Management, Service Provisioning and Control Plane features of multi-layer networking products is desirable.
Experience with Networking Technologies and Standards including WiFi, PON, Ethernet, WiFi Mesh, IPv4/IPv6 routing, L2 VLANs is required.
Experience working as a Product Owner for Agile teams is a plus
Experience working with multi-site environment
Experience working across organization like product management, sales and marketing in positioning a solution
Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation

Solve complex problems and provide clear and concise reports with recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
Strong problem-solving skills and log analysis capability.
