Arthur Mellows is an Ofsted Outstanding school located in Glinton on the outskirts of Peterborough. Staff are friendly and supportive. Students’ behaviour is excellent. Students are keen to learn.
We are seeking to appoint a Sixth Form Pastoral Assistant to support all aspects of student welfare in the Sixth Form. The main part of the role is providing pastoral support for Sixth Form students, responding to their behavioural and emotional issues. The role will also require one to one support of SEN students in the Sixth Form. You will be a recognisable, supportive figure for Year 12 and 13 students. In addition you will liaise with parents, Heads of Year and Form Tutors to support students with their learning needs and attendance.

Highly effective organisational skills
Excellent literacy, numeracy and ICT skills
