Job Description : Experience: 1-3 yearsRoles & Responsibilities: Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns along with Google Ads and AnalyticsCreation of social media calendar and regularly scheduled the same, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.Develops engaging, creative, innovative content regularly for all sorts of social media posts and promote brand-focused messages.Ensure engagement of audience on the pages through regular posts and other activities.Analyses social media posts and campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media improvement.Should know about the social listening tools and ORM especially Response Management on social media channels.Facilitate/implement ideas that increase customer engagement on social platformsIdeate new campaigns/contestsIdentify current trends and create content to maximize engagementManage the accounts and service the client seamlesslyCreate and maintain social media reports and trackers on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spacesSuggest creative strategies on the basis of your knowledge and research on current marketing trends and competitive analysis.Make sure that no postings are missed.Audit social media advertising costs and returns.Desired Candidate Profile:Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channelsPositive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational abilityExceptional team management skills.Strong communication skills and exemplary language and grammarStrong aesthetic skills and ability to create Instagram stories using software/appsExcellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize them.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹150,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insuranceLeave encashmentLife insuranceSchedule:Morning shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Application Deadline: 28/02/2022Expected Start Date: 01/03/2022
