Job Description : Senior Software Engineer Identity & Access Management
What you’ll do
You’ll be working on our Consumer Identity & Access platform, providing secure access to navigation-related services, for many millions of users over many touchpoints – web applications, mobile apps and navigation devices.
You will be working in an Agile team as part of the Consumer E-commerce and Identity & Access Management department.
Work with open-source software in a microservices-inspired architecture on Kubernetes infrastructure in public cloud.
Solve business needs by building, testing and documenting software, deploying and maintaining it on production according to the DevOps philosophy
Help grow other engineers by applying coaching and mentoring techniques while contributing to advancing our engineering culture.
What you’ll need
Experience in an online services, E-commerce or web development environment, preferably on a high-volume business-to-consumer platform.
Strong affinity with Identity & Access Management. Experience in implementing web single sign-on using SAML, Oauth2, OpenIDConnect, preferably both from client application side as well as from service provider side.
Ability to communicate effectively with your team mates, architects, scrum masters and product owners.
Strong knowledge of Java and popular tools and frameworks. A passion for creating high-quality designs and code.
Strong analytical skills to be able to take responsibility for a complex production landscape.
Affinity with Continuous Deployment and automated testing
Nice to have
Experience with WSO2 Identity Server
Experience in working with Kubernetes, Docker and Helm
Experience with Cloud Computing (AWS or Azure)
Experience in front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks.
