Extensive SaaS software design & development experience with a minimum 3-4 complete NPI life cycles
Hands on experience in coding, designing, and architecting low coupled, highly scalable, highly observable, and highly reusable software services and components
Expertise and understanding SaaS architectural and design patterns
Extensive technical experience in building and delivering back-end services, REST API using .Net core, Graph models, data pipelines, web clients and awareness of contemporary SaaS technology paradigms and practices
Understanding of native cloud services and offerings from leading vendors like Azure, and experience in building services and components that are cloud vendor agnostic
Understanding of resource orchestration software and tools for automating deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications
Understanding of data architecture, data storage and data pipelines.
Expertise on building software with world class SaaS Ops maturity practices – high observability, one-click deployment, and BIC monitoring practices
Expertise on software quality management practices – code coverage, performance testing, and automated UI tests
Understanding product security and applicable engineering practices
Awareness on building software for incubate SaaS offerings – Z21, product market fit, pilots, VOCs, scale strategy
Expertise on execution with Agile & DevSecOps – awareness on world class development tools and practices
Awareness on product user experience – next gen UX
Good understanding of Industrial domain – opportunities, existing products and offerings and the evolution
Ability to engage with end users / customers, partners, and customer relationship management
Excellent communication skills – articulation of strategy and vision, influencing skills for aligning the stakeholders, technical and business presentation skills
Great business acumen and understanding of product costing
Top talent attraction, development, and retention
People and performance management experience of mid-sized product development teams
Experience in skill development for the agile teams – adjacent skills
BE/BTech/ME/MTech with 10+ years of experience in software / product development
