KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyse functional specification document and think through for an optimal route to deliver the solution as per business requirement.
Design solutions on existing platforms as well as scratch up green field projects for payment systems.
Own the architectural road map of the platforms, products.
Monitor development cycle to ensure it is following the architecture defined.
Interface with customers, external entities as well as internal entities for solutioning and integration discussion.
Work with Product Managers in defining the technical road map of the products.
Reporting to Director – Products and Digital Transformation.
QUALIFICATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
In depth knowledge of Payment eco system including but not limited to Rupay, NFS, UPI, IMPS, MC, VISA, POS, PG etc.
In depth knowledge of software technologies such as angular, spring boot, java, .Net, C#, native iOS, different Databases, APIs, Docker, microservices etc.
Hands on experience of 6-8 years in leading development function, architecture function and preferably last 3-4 years in payments domain.
Innovative thought process and strong communication skills.
Knack of mentoring resources.
Familiar with Agile, Dev Ops.
