Job Description : We are Hiring Special Educator cum Counsellor for a C.B.S.E residential school, Faridabad.Only Female Candidate apply.Role and responsibilities : -The Candidate should be a dynamic, enthusiastic person with commitment and flair to work with students of all abilities and carry out appropriate duties within the context of the job, skills and grade .The school counsellor’s responsibilities include identifying students that need support, administering evaluations, making plans, providing counseling, and contributing to the development of student’s wellbeing.Helping students develop academic plans that match their skills and strengths.Communicating with Teachers, parents and administrators about a students progress regularly.Listening to students’ concerns about academic, emotional or social issues. Providing individual and group counselling as appropriate.Developing programs to identify and address behavioral issues and learning difficulties.Helping teachers, parents, and caregivers support the implementation of remedial plans for students.Keeping and maintaining confidential records. Working closely with academic, student life and medical departments.Participating in continuing professional development.Good working knowledge of mental health and the treatment of affective and behavioral disorders.Computer skills at a level that permits flow of communication.Excellent verbal communication skills.Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in (counselling, psychology, social work, or related field).Minimum of five years of experience.Job Types: Part-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Monday to Friday
