Job Description : Liaison with Business SMEs to understand business capabilities, prioritize the business capabilities in time bound roadmap.
Convert Business Capabilities in to detailed user stories , detailed Functional Specifications, Use Cases , requirements specs, Process Flows/diagrams, workflows, business scenarios , attributes, specifications and role definitions in a manner understandable by Development team to translate business requirements into Teamcenter Configurations.

Teamcenter Data Modelling solution on instances merger and features enablement
Teamcenter Data standards and PLM readiness solution supporting 80/20 with tighter integration with SAP system
Support PLM configuration model supporting ALM-PLM integrations
Lead robust, fast (through) inceptions (identify scope, value, solution and release plan) and Own prioritized actionable backlogs
Business process gap analysis & resolution support
Develop proof of concept solution supporting closure on right requirements meeting business needs
Responsible for setting, prioritizing, and evaluating the work generated and help developers build the product
Identify blockers that will impact timeline, scope, cost or other productvariables and escalate to the appropriate stakeholders
Maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components

xSBG Alignment on detailed Requirements, User stories and develop process harmonization across the xSBG environment.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
Requires a minimum of 9+ years of experience in Teamcenter PLM Solutioning and projects

Experience in Leading Safe Agile teams and driving cadences.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Teamcenter solutioning, developing and data management in Teamcenter.
Experience and knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes.
Has very good understanding of Software configuration management

Preferred Skills:

Strong knowledge of Teamcenter Product and features ownership functionalities, Process Mapping and Alignment –

Teamcenter Solution Architecture Develop Software requirements and design optimal solution

Attend Scrum calls to clarify the functional aspects to development team.

Defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program
Knowledge on Teamcenter modules
Teamcenter ITK development / BMIDE Configurations
Knowledge on Teamcenter Report builder and Report Analytics
Strong knowledge of Enterprise web applications and Administration of JBoss
Knowledge of a CAD Migrations and its CAD interface with Teamcenter

Knowledge of Teamcenter Integration capabilities (ERP and other Lifecycle Interoperability Services)
