Job Description : ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
5+ years of experience in PMO
Very good in MS office tools
Experience advanced Excel would be added advantage
Good understanding of Project Delivery Models
Good understanding of Purchase order and Invoicing processes
Experience in maintaining the POs and burndown
Experience is providing the revenue forecast
Experience in collaborating and collating Timesheet and billing details
Working with internal and external stakeholders and ensure billing details are closed in the system on schedule
Working with finance on the submitting the invoices on time and track the AR to closure
Tracking the resource Rampup and Rampdown and related metrics
Experience in client asset management for the project
