Job Responsibilities :
Collaborate with the business leaders to support meeting key business performance targets and the related talent implications
Deliver HR support to business so as to achieve the strategic objectives and business outcomes
Supporting the talent needs of the business across locations to enhance top talent utilization and retention
Ensure that the talent pool is well supported as required.
Executing the performance management process in collaboration with COEs to ensure meritocracy and instilling a high-performance culture in the organization
A people person and able to multitask across all the activities and verticals of HR including HR Operations
Can work with Admin and Procurement and IT teams
Ensure best practices are incorporated and adherence to processes; ensure compliance towards QMS standards and labour compliances.

Skill Requirements:
A clear, concise and composed individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work with all stakeholders
Good experience in employee relations, employee engagement, HR operations, benefits administration
Experience/knowledge on Learning and Development practices
Experience in implementation and roll out of HRMS systems, benefits plans
Good to have – experience in Semiconductor, telecom and e-commerce/ startup firms
Understanding of complete employee life cycle and participation
Experience in working with multiple geographies preferred
Should be a people’s person and a problem solver.
Should be a self-starter and a finisher.
Someone who is aligned or is willing to align to the values of Blaize

Eligibility Criteria:
MBA with specialization in HR
5 – 10 years of work experience in Human Resources department in a cross-cultural IT product development organization
