Job Summary
Location Mumbai / Pune Experience 5+ years U3 / 3+ U2 Role Windows Admin Certifications MCSE, VMware added advantage Hands on Technologies Windows OS Management, OS Hardening, Cluster management, VMware Administration Role Description The role holder is responsible for performing Windows L2 administration. Monitor all Windows servers for performance issues and stability concerns. Working with and troubleshooting all of the following, including, but not limited to: SMTP, SNMP, SNTP, POP, FTP, SSL, SSH, HTTP, HTTPS, telnet, SFTP, DNS, DHCP, RDP, AD, and SCCM. Patch system on regular intervals as per customer needs. Troubleshoot alerts from monitoring system for system error conditions. Qualification & Experience ¿ B. Tech / BE / B.Sc / Diploma ¿ 5+ years of relevant experience ¿ 3+ years experience and working knowledge in Windows Systems Administration, preferably with multiple versions of Windows Server OS ¿ Knowledge of Windows architecture design principles, practices, implementation, and maintenance ¿ Delivery of quality, cost effective infrastructure services in a complex & high availability environment ¿ Proven ability to plan and execute workload in a pressurized & dynamic environment Skills Required Technical skills Good Understanding of virtualization technology. Experience in P2V, VMotion and VMware virtual center.
