Engineering teams around the globe use our systems to develop next-generation communication, consumer electronics and computer products. We are looking for an ambitious and talented System Integration Test Engineer to be part of a global engineering team developing high speed protocol test products. The candidate should be open minded, quick learner and able to understand and define complex system test methodologies.
Position Summary and Responsibilities
Perform System level testing of our products across various use cases.
Define and develop test criterions for system level testing of our products.
Take ownership of creating and maintaining various test setups to create and validate inhouse and field issues. Assist development eng to validate Alpha/Beta level software.
Create automated tests (any script or programming language).
Work with Engineering to perform System Integration Tests during NPI phases.
Reproduce customer reported issues and follow up with team members as needed.
Work closely with engineering team members (hardware, software, firmware, logic and support engineers) locally and globally.
Qualifications
Min 5 years of experience in system level testing of a complex products which includes hardware and software (no GUI or website only testing).Min 3 years experience in developing system test methodologies and defining test criteria to achieve high quality product.Ability to asemble/disassemble complex electronic products for testing.Team Player, good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, detail oriented and persistent when necessary, ability to drive quality issues.Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essentialAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentHigh emphasis on quality and reliability of product is a must.Strong written and verbal communicatin skills.Knowledge of System level testing of network and high performance server systems.
Bachelor in Electronics Eng, Instrumentation, Computer Eng, or Comp Science. Masters degree preferred.
