Seagate’s Lyve Cloud Professional Services Organization provides product & implementation expertise to our customers to enable them to achieve their desired business outcome.
About the role – you will:
Part of the Lyve Cloud Deployment team working closely with the Technical Account Manager, Engineering, Ops & Solution teams and the customer
Advising customers on the technical design and process to use for successful adoption of Lyve Cloud in their Saas/Paas ecosystem.
Leading and or assisting with Service POC for prospective customers and assisting the conversion to paid customers
Coordinating and playing liaison between Client and Lyve Cloud Operations/Engineering teams
Managing Production Lyve Cloud deployments for our customers
Building custom applications or tools needed to support and maintain the customer’s production deployments
Design & implementation of automation solutions as required.

Your experience includes:
End to end Cloud deployment and Cloud Solutions experience
Experience and in-depth understanding of Compute, SAN, NAS & Object Storage technologies.
Strong knowledge of Cloud Deployment Architectures and Network & Security Technologies
Expertise in Linux based distros, and solid understanding of backup and recovery technologies
Experience with IaaC automation tools like Ansible and Terraform and programming languages such as Python.
Familiarity or experience with complex enterprise networking & integration of cloud native properties
External Customer facing in a Professional Services organization as a technical lead.
Familiarity or experience with DevOps tools and processes
Experience in deploying Azure, GCP, AWS is a plus.
