We are looking for a band 5 Staff nurse to join our team on a 20 bed Head and Neck and surgical ward. This is a busy and challenging environment which caters for elective and emergency flow. The ward delivers high standards of care and this provides greater satisfaction for our staff and patients. We work closely with our PACU team, Head and Neck Clinical Nurse Specialists and Outpatients to smooth the pathway for our patients and consistently get very positive feedback about our ward environment and caring staff.
We are supported by an excellent CNS team and a CPF who provide teaching and experience to assist you in your role; we will offer you full induction and specialist training within your role to facilitate better patient outcomes.
