What we’re looking for:
You love solving problems and enjoy learning new technologies. You have 10-13 years of experience in designing web based solutions and applications that include significant R&D and design responsibilities. Design includes UX, interaction design/work flows.
We are looking for Lead UI Engineer in Citrix ADC management systems team. Citrix ADC is a top of the line ADC from Citrix Systems, Inc, it is primarily used for providing L4-L7 services like Load Balancing, Caching, Compression, Gateway etc., Team is working on a platform that enables Citrix ADC to be managed/monitored through cloud services. The objective is to simplify and streamline the operational workflow associated with deploying ADC as a service in a cloud environment.
Position Overview
You will be an integral part of designing & developing solutions for the platform that will enable it to be become a robust, modular. Team involved in this project are solving some of the most challenging problems in the industry such as cloud-based services, large scale deployments, horizontal scaling, Analytics and API designing with scalability focused on Multi-tenancy, creating an extensible framework, implementing persistent journals for robustness, developing components for scheduling, provisioning of Citrix ADC in large cloud environments.
Your work will be challenging, fast-paced, and intellectually stimulating. You must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, unwavering commitment to quality, a collaborative work ethic, and cutting-edge technical skills. You will work with the highly talented and motivated engineers in Citrix ADC Manageability team.
Role and Responsibilities
Providing technical leadership to the team.
Work closely with product team and senior leadership to implement the User Experience.
Developing/coding including significant R & D and design responsibilities of large-scale systems.
Developing conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mock-ups or prototypes to effectively communicate experience design strategies.
Validating and qualifying complex customer issues and business impact which may require collaboration with more senior level team members or other vendors .
Contributing to the Citrix knowledgebase in the form of new or updated technical articles/documents focused on issue resolution or prevention .
Ensuring the work performed meets the quality standards within acceptable time schedules and customer commitments .
Basic Qualifications
B.Tech in Comp Science/IT/Electronics from tier 1 university (IIT, IISc, NIT, reputed colleges)
10 to 13 years of experience in Frontend UI development.
Must Have :- JavaScript & OOPS, ReactJS, AngularJS or similar frameworks & libraries, JSUnit testing, HTML, CSS , Web2.0 technologies
Desirable :- Jquery , Charting libraries like D3 or Highcharts, Python , NodeJS
Strong coding , Automation and debugging skills
Well versed in software engineering principles, frameworks and technologies
Knowledge and experience with software development infrastructure tools, IDEs and source control management.
