About the role – you will:
The CD Specialist will play a critical role in delivering the Career Discovery value proposition to our internal talent and will support the team in change management and project delivery. This role will support constant change and is someone who can be collaborative and manage tactical implementation, change and enablement, and support the users for analytics and system usage.
Managing monthly release cycle for new features and functionality on Career Discovery (UAT, release testing and publishing release summary)
Assist Users and HR teams to retrieve data and prepare required analysis from CD
Facilitate Focus group and Feedback conversation with user groups and assisting in change and enablement
Own Project Management for new feature design and delivery based on Seagate requirements
Drive Yammer community ownership to publish the latest CD messages across process, policy, and platform
Own and manage CD toolkit to create and update the relevant content and documents
Provide CD L3 support – SME role for CD Admin + Jira support ownership with vendor
