Job Type: Permanent
Job Location: Magarpatta City, Pune – India (Work from home until further notice)
Years of Experience: 3+years
Educational Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in any Subject/Field/as per the Project Requirement
What we are looking for
Enable and support in QA planning, scheduling and deliveries
Monitor QA team performance and report on metrics, set clear team goals and delegate tasks
Prepare monthly team performance reports & present the same to management
Interact with Stakeholders POCs for updates & process improvement initiatives
Resolve issues on disciplinary matters. Escalate un-resolved issues on time
Ensure timely feedback is provided to QA and document monthly performance feedback (1:1)
Work towards implementation of continuous improvement projects
Prepare content for Quality related trainings/workshops
Conduct internal audit of processes / workflows/ tools for team
Compile and maintain ISO documentation and contribute in process/ISO audits
Escalate issues related to deviation from standard to respective authorities (internal or external)
Prepare and circulate status reports – internal and external
Follow up for customer complaints/audit closures
Mentor and upskills QAs to build a quality oriented work culture
Leaves: Planning, tracking and approvals
