We are looking for people with 1 year tech support experience
:
Provide L1 Level Customer SupportProvide exceptional support while communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.Resolve tickets Analyze customer reported information to identify problems and concerns.Perform problem research and testing when necessary.Deliver high quality and timely resolutions to problems.Initiate follow-up to other service areas when appropriate.Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
Eligibility:
Tech Graduates (Btech/BCA/MSC/BSC/MTECH/MCA) etc
Good communication skills
Good Knowledge of networking
Salary – 4,20,000 per anum (30,000 in hand)
Shift:247
Work Days:5 days working with 2 days rotational offs
