Job Description : Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of relevant work experience in software development and testing.
Experience with software development methodologies, with an emphasis on multi-tenancy, high-availability and service delivery pipelines.
Preferred qualifications:

8 years of experience with coding in ABAP and Java, Python, or related scripting languages.
Experience with web protocols (HTTP, TLS, etc.) and databases (i.e. SQL, SAP HANA).
Deep knowledge of SAP application architectures and deployments in cloud environments.

Our mission is to develop technologies to make Google Cloud the world’s best environment for running SAP applications. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build, test and certify SAP solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and work closely with the business development team, software engineers, and product managers to make Google the platform of choice for enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
Be responsible for the development, testing, certification, and support of SAP solutions on IaaS.
Provide technical consultancy and advice on best practices, topologies, solutions and other deployment patterns in collaboration with other key members of the Google Cloud Engineering teams and other cross-functional groups.
Design and implement solutions, including writing scripts. Work closely with engineering and product management teams across the globe to identify feature gaps, deficiencies, and bugs.
Validate the consistency of new technologies and its interoperability with SAP software by scoping validation proposals and performance tests, Key Performance Indicators and desired outcomes, executing tests and performing analysis on results, publishing whitepapers and technology assessments.
Analyze product bugs and feature requests raised by customers and work with internal teams to implement effective solutions.
