Job Description : Tele Marketing Executive: Tele marketing Executive is one who is responsible for setting up meeting with clients for the management and sales team. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with complaintsTask and activities: 1.Spending 5 hours per day on calling up the decision makers of the target customer to get meetings for the sales team.2.Write emails professionally to share company profile or any information the prospective client seeks about the company3.Being the communication bridge between the prospective client and the Business Development team to ensure meeting details accuracy.4.Record the customer’s personal information accurately5. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales6. Keep records of calls and sales and record useful informationRequirements : 1.Should be confident with excellent interpersonal skills and personality.2.Can work as a team and support colleagues in achieving organisational goals.3.Should be able to make calls and answer questions of clients efficiently.4.Should be able to speak English and Tamil.5. Involve and support project leader in project strategy implementation, project related communication and resource management6. Creating and updating of project schedules7. Execution and managing of assigned projects8. Communication with client & maintaining good relations9. Organized and detail oriented10. Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel11. Ability to handle multiple projects12.
