Job Description : About the role: B: Live is currently building its tech platform to make it more robust for customers and aid them to discover, buy, and use any EV seamlessly online or at our physical EV experience stores.This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working with users, technology, and delivering design prototypes that users love. You’ll need to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to work at both a user and technical level with a strong focus on outcomes.Key Responsibilities: Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedbackCreating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockupsTranslating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive UIDesigning UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational componentsCreating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teamsIncorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experienceKey Skills we are looking for: Knowledge and experience of delivering designs, prototypes, wireframes, and mockupsAdobe creative suiteInvision, Marvel, TreejackUI, UX, Graphic designUser researchBasic HTML, CSS, JavascriptQualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate/Diploma with a relevant degree in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering or related field from a top tier institute in India/Abroad5+ years of UI/UX design experienceABOUT B: LIVE (https://store.blive.co.in/)BLive EV store is India’s first Multibrand Electric Vehicle Retail Platform with an Online as well as Offline presence.
