Job Description : Veeva Vault AdministratorPrimeforce solutions is looking for a Veeva Vault System Administrator for a full-time role. Prior experience in Veeva Vault or other Electronic Document Management system/Regulatory systems is a big plus.Essential Job Function: Serve as the technical expert on the Veeva Vault applications (QualityDocs, Training, Quality Management System and PromoMats).Provide Veeva administration and operational support including user and security management, hierarchies, roles, data management, workflows, and report creation as necessary.Responsible for risk assessment of changes in the quarterly releases across all Veeva applications.Monitor alerts and troubleshoot critical production issues impacting end-users, including system unavailability and data integrity issues.Work directly with the support teams to bring open help desk issues to a resolution by triage and monitoring progress.Provide training support for new Veeva users.Draft IT Change Control Process as required for Veeva Vault ApplicationsParticipate in GxP validation/qualification of systems including writing, reviewing, and executing validation protocolsCreate user documentation and train personnel on applications/reports/solutions, as requiredDevelop effective working relationships with our internal customers and vendors during project meetingsAssists our internal customers in developing working scenarios for testingCommunicate support issues, solutions, and progress to managementCore Competencies, Knowledge, and requirements: 5+ years of experience working on supporting applications.2+ years of experience working on validated applications in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.Experience with any regulated (GxP) applications, such as Veeva Vault Quality Document Management System, Veeva Vault Regulatory Information Management system or other Veeva Vault Platform application would be an asset.Veeva Vault certification is a desirable but not essential.System administration experience with GxP applications.Basic database, SQL, and computer networking knowledge.Experience working on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) systems, (Veeva Quality, RIM, PromoMats, MedComms). Prior experience is desirable.Basic programming or scripting knowledge is nice to have, python or java.EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MIS or Master’s in computer applications, or a related computer-oriented discipline.Strong written and oral communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and organizational skills.Team player capable of managing multiple systems and complex timelines in a team environment.Ability to problem solve and trouble shoot under pressure.Work independently under general supervision.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously and work in a global environment across several time zones.Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.PrimeForce SolutionsWe primarily focus on enabling cloud applications for life sciences industry.
