Job Description : We are searching for an innovative Technical Lead to join our company. As the Technical associate, you will lead company’s technical projects, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team.To be successful as a Technical Associate, you should always be expanding your industry knowledge and be able to quickly identify problems. Outstanding Technical Associate are accountable, trustworthy, and able to build lasting relationships with their teams.Technical Lead Responsibilities: Perform high quality and unit tests on all software as per Quality assurance programs and maintain knowledge on all latest technology and prepare various code based on software designs.Analyze all designs and tests plans and prepare required documentation on sameAssist in preparing all technical design documents and ensure effective implementation of all products and plan all activities.Analyze and identify all issues in requirements and design and assist to provide resolution of same and perform various tests on software/ app to resolve all issues.Provide internal support for all products and assist various departments.Perform tests on software/ app/ web and provide resolution and coordinate with software engineers to ensure efficiency in implementation of all software.Diagnose all root causes to recommend required actions and assist to define and classify all issues and projects to avoid reoccurrence of issues and prepare automation responses if required.Maintain record of all status reports for issues resolution.Train all support teams on various business processes and track all tools and partner with process teams and develop efficient problem management procedures.Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.Technical Lead Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Programming Languages: Java, C, C++, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .NET, PHP, WordPressRelevant Management certification may be required.Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.Strong leadership and organizational abilities.Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.Application Deadline: 7/3/2022Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:PHP: 1 year (Preferred)web design: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)WordPress: 1 year (Preferred)
