Job Description : Web DesignerA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Web designer to join the team at the Big HelpJob PurposeTo support our team in updating, developing our websites and brand to a wider audienceKey Responsibilities· Create and manage our websites keeping them fresh, engaging and relevant.· Adhere to brand guidelines.· Responsible for managing the design and layout of organisations websites according to specifications· Coordinate with marketing team in the development of online assets and website content.· Design and update email signatures· Develop partner websites and maintain upkeep of websites.· Gather relevant information and discuss requirements from all departments on a regular basis and ensure all departments website pages are fully updated, and make proposals for solutions.· Manage Chatbots, digital assistants and virtual agents plus keeping FAQ updated.· Update our SharePoint sites· Producing ad-hoc landing pages· Support internal and external marketing campaigns· Supporting social media platforms in line with the marketing plan· Provide support in the design of assets for other online channels such as display advertising.Technical knowledge required.· Working knowledge of both the creative and structural process of Website and UX Design.· HTML/CSS and JavaScript knowledge.· Squarespace, WordPress, Wix etc.· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.· Ability to use SharePoint.· Microsoft Office, PowerPoint etc.Business skills required.· Excellent creative skills.· Attention to detail.· An understanding of the latest web trends and their role in a charity/commercial environment.· Good teamwork skills.· Able to manage own workload and work to briefs.· Good planning and organisational skills.· Strong communication skills.· Problem-solving skills· Strong numeracy skills· Good time management.· Proofreading.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per yearBenefits:Casual dressCompany eventsCompany pensionDiscounted or free foodOn-site parkingWellness programmesSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Liverpool, L1 5GB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (preferred)Experience:Web Design: 1 year (preferred)
