Must have
Over 3 years hands on experience in WordPress
Proficient in PHP with latest versions and other open source technology
Should have experience with WordPress, WooCommerce
In-depth knowledge of any MVC, Codeigniter, CakePHP, Laravel
Follow WordPress coding standards and best practice
Should be good at understanding the requirement, gathering requirements, analysis, coding and execution
Should have good knowledge of API integration, Plug-ins
Build, maintain and optimize web pages with PHP and WordPress and other CMSes
Expert level CMS (Plugin / theme development / API) development – especially in WordPress.
PHP programming background to implement core WP functions, template tags and hooks in the WP Theme and Plugin.

Experience in database development including MySQL
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, OOPS
Strong communication skills
Strong command on debugging and optimization
