Job Description : Key Responsibilities:Support with current clients with development and design tasksDevelop custom systems and plugins for current clientsBe responsible for maintaining and improving client’s established websitesBe the Lead Developer and support other key stakeholders in project delivery from a technical standpoint and contribute to establishing best practices.Supporting with Web Design and Development projectsBe accountable for code quality, deployment, and delivery of development projects.Some customer liaison may be required.We would like you to:Have extensive experience in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/JQuery/PHP.Have a strong background WordPress (Themes, customizations, plugins, Integration etc)Be very comfortable taking accountability for top-notch maintenance and CI for sites that have already launched.Be experienced and knowledgeable in integrating third party APIs with Woocommerce and developing custom API Integrations.Have demonstrated ability to become a subject matter expert on aspects of technology through research and self-education.Be able to explain to our customers some technical / custom systems in a non-tech way.Have a good overall understanding of hosting infrastructure.Be very confident and knowledgeable in all things eCommerce and be happy to pick up established site’s ongoing maintenance.Be comfortable working in a small, cross-functional development team.Have the ability to write high-quality and well-documented code, adhering to best practices at all times.Have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Personal Attributes:Excellent organisation skills with the ability to balance work priorities to deliver to deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A positive and friendly “can-do” attitude is a must.Self-motivated, with the ability to work alone and as part of a team with minimal supervision.Thrives in a fast-paced, high energy business, able to work under pressure when required, and meet deadlines.Hard working and flexible, willing to always go the extra mile.Must have their own tools of the trade, phone, laptop and work from home with ergonomic set up.Must be fluent in EnglishApplication Deadline: 25/2/2022Expected Start Date: 1/3/2022Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹24,999.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusEducation:Diploma (Preferred)Experience:total work: 3 years (Preferred)WordPress: 3 years (Preferred)Work Remotely:Yes
