Roles and Responsibilities
ORGANISATION
A fast growing on-line music school founded by a group of legendary musicians in India.
ROLE
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the financial transactions and procedures.
Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
Prepare balance sheets
Process invoices
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
Update internal systems with financial data
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
Handling reconciliation of accounts receivable / payable with the general ledger account and trial balance.
Maintaining all advance deposits and balancing them to the general ledger at month end.
Participate in financial audits, taxation
Track bank deposits and payments
Assist with budget preparation
Review and implement financial policies
Day to day accounting work in the software tool of the organization. Hands on experience
Working in QuickBooks with expertise in this area
Supporting the team/manager in performing various team tasks (monthly reporting, Budget process etc.)
Willing to do other finance/admin tasks and projects (booking tickets, filing of tax return etc.)
CANDIDATE
Graduate / Post Graduate in Finance (B.Com, MBA etc)
Minimum Job experience in the Finance department.
Should be able to handle accounts roles smoothly
Knowledge of accounting software.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

SALARY : 30-40 LPA
