Shift Timing : 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM (6 days working)

Summary of Job Responsibility:

Major Purpose: Provide Sales Director Coordination and administrative support to the office of the Director, assist with Sales delivery management, and Director Coordination internal and external communications. Provide administration issues with associated departments and facilitate interdepartmental Director Coordination.
Job Responsibilities :
Maintain high-level understanding of Interdepartmental process as to assist in facilitating appropriate communication

Maintain basic knowledge of day-to-day processes Of departments under the Director, to assist in resourcing as needed

Maintain effective relationships and communications with departments outside of the Office of the Director.

Prioritize conflicting needs; handles matter Expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

Work closely and effectively with Director to Keep him well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.

Assist in managing communication of the Director with Internal department related to Sales, operation, client coordination, Vendor management etc.

Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on Issues and concerns, as assigned by Director, assisting in determination of appropriate course of action, referral, or response.

Coordinate budget activity through tracking, reconciling and processing bottle necks related to customer, clients, service, delivery and report

Coordinate with departmental events and provide logistical support.

Facilitate special projects as assigned, Provide Project management support for planning and execution of Director related initiatives.

Perform other tasks as maybe necessary to Facilitate the work of the Director.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
Required Knowledge/Experience:
Administrative Support Experience

Experience in a technical environment experience of working in Manufacturing, Jewellery business will be an advantage.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Expertise in Google Suite/Google sheet.
Skills/Abilities:
Highly collaborative

Strong technical aptitude.

Service oriented and excellent customer service skills.

Highest level of discretion and integrity and the ability to handle and maintain confidentiality.

Excellent written and oral communication.
