Key responsibilities – Administrative Assistant
In this Team Support job, you will report to the Global Sales Operations Manager. This is a junior role, perfect for a recent graduate keen to build on their administrative skills in a fast-growing global startup!
The following duties will apply, but not be limited to:
Regular reporting and analysis of sales data
Build and monitor reports and dashboards
Campaign management
Assist with organization of sales collateral – proofread proposals & Presentations
Assist with the coordination of meetings, events & leads
Coordinate onboarding support for new team members
Partner with relevant teams across the business to keep the sales team updated with important insights

Job requirements – Administrative Assistant
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Any experience in an Administrative or similar role
Energetic and positive ‘can do’ attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Super organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
Meticulous attention to detail
MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Evidence of a digital and curious mind-set
Experience of Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems a plus
Experience producing and analysing reports
