We provide outstanding child learning and development through innovative learning coupled with specialized and qualified staff.When you enter Tots and Scholars you will be entering an exciting, vibrant environment which embraces creativity.JOB PURPOSE: Duties and Responsibilities: Answer EmailsTake callsImplement processesWrite up documentsKeep up to date documentsSocial Media updatesMarketing supportData managementHR records and staff files administrationAssist with recruitment administrationEnsure that all staff have the right to work in the UKAdhere to the Staff Code of Conduct and in conjunction with the manager monitor staff’s adherenceOrganising and implementing inductions for all new staff within the company.Support payrollManage signing of initial job descriptionsManage, authorise and monitor holiday requests and entitlements for all staff.Support managersNursery events organised occasionally and support branch managers through the processPA to the Business Operations Manager and Director.Preparing forms, letters, presentations and reportsTo assist the nursery staff team in accordance with the requirements of the Children’s Act 2004, Local Authority and OFSTED requirements and the nursery policies.Organise meetings and keep meeting minutes.E-mail managementMaintain and manage the nursery management system (FAMLY) for all branchesUse of a range of software packagesThis job description is not an exhaustive list of duties and the post holder will be required to undertake any other reasonable duties discussed and directed by the manager.Bonus and Benefits: Performance related bonusDiscounted child care – up to 85%Career progressionUp to 35 day annual leave, 8 bank holiday, 1 birthday, 1 bonus day per year of serviceSupport to our internal wellbeing programmeFree uniformWorkplace pension with employer up to 3%Expectations:The ideal candidate will have knowledge of:* Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (compulsory)*Canva (preferred)*Social Media (preferred)*Famly management app (preferred)Job Types: Part-time, Temp to permContract length: 6 monthsPart-time hours: 25 per weekSalary: £7.00-£10.00 per hourAdditional pay:Performance bonusBenefits:Additional leaveChildcareCompany eventsOn-site parking
