Performance & Advisory is our new multi-dimensional finance capability that opens boundless opportunities for our people and reflects the strong culture of shared success that we aim to build.
The Performance component directly reflects that success is based on business outcomes achieved; while the Advisory component represents the expected contribution further along the value chain, with shared accountability for results.
P&A professionals will be equal team members on the Finance teams to which they are assigned, sharing ownership of business outcomes. Functionally aligned. Directly assigned.

P&A Account & Portfolio Performance

P&A Account & Portfolio Performance is responsible of maximize business performance outcomes by driving actionable solutions across the portfolios and accounts focus on push Growth, Sustained Profitability and Cash-flow health. Be primary finance partner & business advisor providing financial insights for business case development, scenario planning & driving solutions. Lead collaborations across functions & business to optimize outcomes. Manage risk across client portfolio & accounts. Exposure to senior leadership. Manage large complex work effort and innovation mindset.
Key Functions:
You will be part of the Performance and Advisory- Account and Portfolio Performance tower working in the EAC Changes Team for Growth Markets. Driving the financial side of the EAC Changes process, partnering with the Quality & Risk organization to support Markets, Services and Client in the confirmation and analysis flows. Additionally, you will work with the A&PP Market Lead to drive business advisory and mitigate financial impacts from negative and maximize positive EAC Changes
You will –
Work in the EAC Changes Team inside P&A – A&PP
Responsible for running the monthly Market EAC change confirmation process in collaboration with Quality and Finance Leadership.
Anticipation and focus on predictability based on actuals analysis with high integration and collaboration with A&PP Market Lead and Growth Markets Finance Leads.
Work closely with Quality, CFM and CGFL’s during the process to ensure timely and accurate submissions, guaranteeing data integrity and IC compliance.
Review and analyze monthly financial impacts and understand variances to expectations, including identification of issues that require further action and provide solutions.
Prepares Market/MU and Services views status, highlights, and trend analysis
Identify and drive to execute continuous improvement opportunities
Support Finance leadership with monthly and ad-hoc financial analysis

Have exposure to Finance and Quality LeadershipBe ambassador of P&A culture and strategy. Change agent example with innovation at the DNA core, maximizing the power of P&A and the Data Analytics and Storytelling team powerActively contribute to our P&A community
Skills & Work Experience
Confident and comfortable dealing with Finance and non-finance executivesExcellent English verbal and written communications skillsGood understanding of Accenture economic model and key Financial Business Outcomes and Financial Systems. Previous experience at FBM, CFM valuatedCommunication and storytelling skills, ability to build strong networks and collaboration environmentsInnovation and constant learning attitude. Knowledge of agile methodologies
Experience with automation, PBI, database management and visualization will be valuated
Qualification
Degree in one of the following fields: Economics / Business Administration / Finance
