Worked on data center projects in IndiaDefine data center system-level architecture, document performance and equipment requirements, communicate conceptual designs, and create/maintain project documentation before, during, and after construction in India.Work with the other design and engineering professionals on concepts and build projects for the delivery of data centre capacity across the India regionLead specific initiatives as part of the development of generational global prototypical designs aimed at improving cost, quality, schedule, and consistencyPerform and present business case analysis.Contribute to and lead initiatives as part of the development and maintenance of ACS Basis of Design, prototype design, and template specifications for architectural/civil/structural elements.Manage the engagement and work of our external multi-disciplinary design consultants.Work on multiple data center build and capital improvement projects in India simultaneously.Mentor and develop less experienced members of staffAnticipated travel not to exceed 25%.Be motivated, dependable and capable of working with limited oversight.

Basic Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in architecture from an accredited institution in India.
# Must worked on the Data Center Project
Candidate experience 10-15 years out of which minimum 7-8 years of experience in Data center projects in India
It is essential that the candidate is a proficient user of software such as REVIT, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM360 and has demonstratable experience at building information modeling.It is essential that candidate demonstrates knowledge of office tools, 3D Rendering and presentation skills and has good command over written and spoken EnglishCandidate shall demonstrate knowledge of functional safety and fire safety regulations applicable in building design
