Job Description : We are looking for a candidate to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing, and overseeing the construction. Minimum 6 months duration and you will be expected to work in our office in Delhi NCR. You will be involved in new building designs, extensions, and alterations from the earliest stages right through to completion. We seek someone with the soul and passion of an artist, supported with strong technical skills. The goal is to match the client’s needs and to produce sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs.ResponsibilitiesControl project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.Develop ideas keeping in mind the client’s needs, building’s usage, and environmental impact. * Compile project specifications.Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.Make on-site visits to check on project status and report on the project. Skills and QualificationsExpert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software like Autocad,Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit.Visual awareness and an eye for detail.Communication and project management skillsJob Types: Full-time, InternshipSalary: Up to ₹6,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English, hindi (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
