The opportunity: MIS and Analytics Executive – Operations – Human Resources – Delhi
Operations: Our enablement functions help everyone at EY operate more efficiently. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Admin, Brand, Marketing and Communications, Quality and Risk Management.

The team partners effectively with the business leaders, providing strategic talent advice to work in an integrated manner, leveraging solutions and best practices. The team includes workstreams like, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and benefit and enabling functions like HR systems, Operations, People Data Reporting and Analytics. They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success. The core focus of the team is to ensure an exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.
Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Creating and Publishing Business reports and dashboards for Recruitments across service lines and locations
Managing data and creating comprehensive recruitment reports on Power BI and excel
Strong in MIS and advanced excel skills
To qualify for the role you must have
Any graduate/post-graduate degree
2-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience
Working experience in advanced Power BI preferred
Strong data management and comprehensive reporting and analytical skills
Basic knowledge of SQL would be an added advantage
