Job Description : *Profile Desired4+ years of relevant experience in Compliance and controls, Project Management. Strong negotiation skills, to achieve coordination.Ability to use relevant business and process knowledge to recommend improvements to existing processes based on an understanding of new technologies. Proficiency in agile project management tools like JIRAKnowledge of Agile software development methodologies and the software development lifecycle.Creating analytical reports is a must.Plan, schedule project timelines, milestones, and resource acquisition to achieve project goals.Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news.Manage project expectations and articulate ideas in simple terms for the team to understand.Strong experience in Development EnvironmentGood knowledge of Relational Databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server with complex SQL Queries, Stored Procedure, Triggers. Experience in Database design is MUSTCandidate must have good knowledge of Data StructureUnit testing experience using Junit, Spock.Good to have Knowledge of versioning tools like GIT, SVN.Good to have Knowledge of MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4J, Redis, Kafka, ActiveMQ, Caches, Microservices will be a major plusGood to have knowledge of Javascript, jQuery or AngularJS.Good knowledge of Augmented/Virtual Reality or Metaverse will be an added advantage.**Roles & ResponsibilitiesControl the entire project life cycleTrack progress and milestonesWork closely with stakeholders to fix issues in a timely fashion.Lead team meetingsExperience in client communication and handling is a MUST.The candidate will lead a team of at least 4 membersResponsible for robust and efficient implementationSuggest technical solutions for short and long termParticipate and lead software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirementsCollaborate with team members and across groups to prepare technical specifications.*Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹1,000,000.00 per year
