Job Responsibilities
Ownership and responsibility for defining and monitoring adoption of formalized digital analytics processes.
o Such as KPI Frameworks, Designing Tagging Plans, and Implementation and UAT Tagging verification.
Stakeholder relationship management, including Local Market Marketing and Technical Teams, Platform Vendors (Google, Adobe & AppsFlyer etc) & Media AgenciesAnalyze of new features and content performance and liaise with Product owners and Group Technology to define and implement Digital Analytics requirements.Understanding of the digital media landscape and Social Media including Facebook, Google and Line preferable.The ability to interpret Digital Analytics Data, clearly communicate appropriate insights via reports/ dashboards, offer recommendations including media optimization and in-app / website user experiences.Motivated, proactive, creative problem solver not afraid to challenge conventions and help drive positive business change.Responsibility for keeping the organization up to date on the latest Digital Analytics innovations and champion best practice across UOB.Clear understanding, role and operation of Adobe stack (Analytics, Experience Manager etc), Google stack (Analytics, Firebase, Search Console etc), AppsFlyer & other Mar/AdTech
o Strong understanding of digital advertising (display, mobile, e-mail, video and social media
o Strong understanding of digital platform development and operation (Apps & Websites).
o Knowledge of (Waterfall) Agile / Scrum methodologies preferred.
Strong appreciation for web/app design, branding, digital marketing, analytics, user experience, information architecture

Job Requirements
5+ years of relevant work experience performing digital analytics in marketing sciences capacity at a media agency, market research, consulting or client side research roleExperience in Digital Retail Banking and App-development obviously an advantage.Expert in using the Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills essentialExperience or Skills in SQL and other Data Analytics languages and tools also beneficialSolid understanding of digital channels, trends and user behaviors.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to build and maintain good rapport with internal and external customers communicating ideas and concepts with an end result of increased sales and profitability while handling situations with confidence, tact and resourcefulnessFlexible, adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
