The role demands to handle day-to-day operations for a set of systems, tools or applications, ensuring their stability & integrity, while meeting customer service levels. The person will handle expansion and optimization of our strategic tools and processes to support the transformation.

Your Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Maintain the standards and alignment fit for purpose for processes in operational scope ensuring their compliance to in execution, and integrity. Identify, design and implement key processes across the IT organization.
To manage day-to-day operations and lead a team of third party resources who are responsible for the service introduction, service management, configuration management along with the tools or processes to make sure any new / existing applications and platforms are built or setup by adopting the best practices prescribed by the team.
Ensure consistency to documented operational and global processes or procedures to maintain system / service integrity and take accountability to ensure consistency with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service/Solution Operation scope
Identify common issues or process improvements or efficiency based on findings, and handle through its continual improvement in close collaboration with Service Performance Managers.
Lead and handle a Super User community for any relevant operations processes Communicate & conduct knowledge management awareness campaigns / trainings with best practices in findings across the function
Ensure that any changes to Global processes are aligned, trained and understood by Service Operations and also ensure compliance to internal and external regulations (e.g. Sarbanes Oxley Act)
Create and maintain the enterprise IT process models and define process flows and identify the decision makers, information needs and critical issue points in a given process. Use the business process requirements to identify key IT tools needed for the organization
Collaborate with Service Excellence Leads during the design of best practice services and ensure the process models adhere to standards and guidelines and also take accountability to ensure alignment with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within IT Process Manager service scope.

Minimum requirements
What you’ll bring to the Role:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or any other technology related field.
At least 10+ years of experience in IT, predominantly in IT Service Management, IT Process Management with 5+ years Process Assurance, demonstrable skills & experience in the deployment and adoption of IT service management practices.
Experience in working in a large operations team and good level of technical expertise in emerging technologies specific to Data & Analytics. Also experience with the development and analysis of IT key performance indicators, metrics, and reporting.
Proven experience in application optimization and performance. and experience in vendor / customer management, effective relationship management and good communication skills.
ITIL certification and profound knowledge and experience in managing ITIL processes
Self-starter with ability to drive the issues end-to-end and deliver against deadlines. Good knowledge of Business processes and methodology and compliance requirements in the Pharmaceutical industry
