Job Description
Troubleshooting on Microsoft and IOS platforms.Basic Mail server knowledge to create Distribution lists etc.Managing incidents including business expectations and communication.Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails and tickets generated via internal tool from staff regarding IT issues and queries.Receiving, logging and managing calls from internal staff via telephone and email.Routing tickets to respective tracks for further resolution as and when.Maintaining an Asset Database and track changes for softwares installed.1st line support – troubleshooting of IT related problems from in-house software and applications, such as Laptops, Desktop, applications like Oracle, timetracking and Printers etc.Troubleshoot basic network issues such as IP conflict.Log all calls in the Service Desk Call Logging system.To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles

Additional Information
Btech or IT related graduation is a must
