Better requires process discipline and simplification
As an Associate Manager, you will lead a team of 6-10 software developers and build software that is optimized, well organized and maintainable. Along with monitoring on-going risks and providing resolutions, driving process improvements, resource planning & optimization and performance management, you will also be responsible for a scrum team and facilitate agile development partnering with key stakeholders, both off-shore and on-shore, and deliver on the SLA. You will be responsible for the production delivery of Sprint Scope and will support production deployments.
Being a technical maestro, you come with 8-11years of experience in Java and web-based systems & solutions. You should have expertise in technical skills such as Java, Springboot, Redis, NoSQL (Cassandra), Kafka, AWS/EKS, API design, Conjure, Microservices, Event-driven architecture, GraphQL, Camel/Spring Integration, Performance Tuning, API design (REST/GraphQL), API security, data encryption, knowledge of SQL (Oracle). It will be nice if you are aware of NodeJS, F5, Okta, Lambda, F5, Akamai. You will have an excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, OOPs and OOA/D design patterns. Experience with agile development methodologies with TDD/CI using the latest engineering tools like Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, git) is highly preferred.
